It’s been a little while since I blogged, or wrote anything, for that matter.  There just isn’t a lot going on ’round the old Serial Distractions Unicorn Spaying Station/Wheel-Alignment Shack/Roadhouse™ these days.

I’m still writing reviews for Shroud Magazine Book Reviews and enjoying the hell out of it. I’ve also managed to get some review requests from other author/publishers which is kind of cool.  My name as a reviewer is starting to spread a smidgeon.

I’ve been working on a short story off-and-on since January.  I just can’t seem to start it off with the bang that I want.  And then I’ve got to figure out an ending.  It’s very frustrating.

On the other hand, I’ve almost go myself talked into working on a novel. I have a short piece that I’ve been unsuccessfully shopping around that may work better expanded.  We’ll see if I can fool myself into taking it on.

So that’s what’s new on the writing front. I’m still here, but just barely.
