Goodreads is sponsoring an Independent Book Bloggers Award this year and I’ve put my name in the running. I’m kind of proud of some of the work I’ve done on here, so I said to my self, “Bruce, my lad,” (which is what I call myself to keep us straight) “why don’t you toot your own horn a bit…”

So, beginning on April 10 and running through April 23, you can place your votes for all the candidates–including me. I’ve entered Serial Distractions under the “Adult Fiction” category.

Do I expect to win? Well…not really. But, by gum, I’m pleased with the articles I’ve placed out as samples and you damn sure don’t win if you don’t put yourself out there.
