So far so good…

At midnight (Portland, OR time) I started on my new novel (“Better Angels”).  I got in a little over 1700 words before heading to bed.  Later that morning I brought up the total to 3349.  Things are flowing well and I’m still excited about my plot and characters.  Not too bad a start for trying to do it while visiting family thousands of miles away from home!
